PS5 versions of Man of Medan and Little Hope are now available for download

News Summary:

  • There is no mention in the press release of whether the two games’ resolution or frame rate has been enhanced. Still, you can expect new difficulty settings and QTE warnings, an upgraded user interface, new bearing art, event triggers, and faster walking speeds. Additionally, there are extra accessibility choices, like the capacity to resize subtitles.

  • The Dark Pictures Anthology’s first two installments have received patches from Supermassive Games, making the entire series now natively playable on the PS5. Little Hope and Man of Medan now have native PS5 editions, and those who already own them can update for free from PS4 to PS5. Unfortunately, at the time of writing, the digital copy of Man of Medan obtained through PS Plus Essential does not count.

The revised ending for Man of Medan is the most intriguing change, though. There will be new gameplay sequences and deaths to experience in a brand-new chapter called Flooded. Additionally, there is a new Trophy list for every title.

The Dark Pictures Anthology installment can now be played natively on the PS5. The third installment, House of Ashes, is currently launching on Sony’s most recent console from the get-go, thanks to the improvements. The Devil in Me, the season one finale of the franchise, will debut on November 18, 2022.
